A test drive and a couple of negotiated items on the final price and I was in documentation. I was equally impressed with Jessica who ran the documentation. She was ready and prepared. Jacob made our recent used vehicle purchase a very enjoyable experience. Communication was always prompt but never rushed. I had my sunroof repaired here in August/September. They overcharged me by over $1000.
They left my interior permanently smudged and the sunroof is not the same. I went back and had them take a look as I was not satisfied. They say it was sealed properly - but things have puckered and I can no longer drive with the sunroof cover back without excessive road noise. We had a great experience purchasing a new 2024 land cruiser from this dealership. It took several months from deposit to delivery, but our sales rep Jordan was communicative and responsive throughout. We picked the car up on a tight schedule and the dealership ensured that the paperwork was ready for signing upon arrival. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and organized. We hope the car will last a long, long time but if we need to buy another car again in the future we'd happily go through this dealership.

We had an hour drive from our campground and a 4 hr. wait but that was mostly because they fit us in without an appointment . Our roadside service Coach-net was able to get us the appointment in Bellingham. (kudos to Coach-net) We are in our Mercedes sprinter van full time and were camped out at Rockport , WA. went in for a routine service appt. when i got there for an "oil" change the service person wanted to get brake fluids done which took another hour more. i said no. the appointment, for OIL only still took 77 minutes. i asked about the parking brake noise that my brand new vehicle makes, and was told "that's normal" i was later called by john their service manager. he wanted to smooth things over but wouldn't shut up and eventually said "i cant fix the parking brake" so why did he call me?
I had such a good experience with this dealership, and especially with Jerad Blacklock. He knew what I was looking for before I purchased, and contacted me when a gently used hybrid Highlander came to the lot. I have been thinking about buying a car for the past few months. I had the most wonderful experience with Lee. We hit it off right away and he completely understood my needs and was extremely helpful and also an incredibly calming presence! Buying a new-ish car was a really big decision for me. My husband and I typically hate going to dealerships but were extremely relieved when we met lee and he made the whole process less stressful and actually enjoyable! I’m lost of words!! The service department did outstanding! I drive a Hyundai and I needed a light bulb replaced which is complicated and Hyundai just kept me waiting and waiting. I called Toyota they took me in the next day and had the part I needed. They even vacuumed my mats and washed off my car, and customer service was awesome. Highly recommend this place!! If your debating on buying a Toyota. Just do it!! Had my vehicle serviced today and from the minute I step out of my vehicle they were exceptional!!! Took my keys, held the door open for me, provided entertainment for little ones, offered free coffee. I let them know I had to leave by a certain time and sure enough they had my vehicle ready.

Our experience at Toyota Bellingham was awesome! Lee provided top notch service and from the time I got there to the time I left, everyone made purchasing a vehicle seamless. They even bought me and my mom lunch and had it delivered while we waited for the car to be washed and they filled my SUV up with gas. All of these kind gestures made me happy to give them my business. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I purchased a used vehicle from them that was not Toyota. It ended up having some leak issues that only emerged when the rainy season arrived. The sales and service team worked together and went way out of their way to make sure everything was fixed and taken care of. They definitely earned my loyalty.
